Refund Policy

Hunt aims to be predictable and fair. This policy explains when we issue refunds.
Free credits
The USD $1.00 in starter credits granted on signup are promotional and have no monetary value. They are not refundable for cash and may be revoked if the account is found to be in breach of the Terms of Service.
Prepaid credits (post-launch)
Once Hunt offers prepaid credit top-ups beyond the free tier, unused credits may be refunded within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase, prorated to the unused balance. After 14 days, prepaid credits are non-refundable but remain usable in your account until consumed.
Metered usage
Charges for agent runs that have already executed are non-refundable. Exceptions:
- Hunt-side outage. If a documented Hunt incident caused the runs to fail or to be billed in error, we will issue a credit equal to the affected charges. Open a ticket at filipe@huntcompute.ai referencing the run IDs.
- Billing error. If you can demonstrate the canonical cost recomputation differs from what was charged, we will refund or credit the difference.
- Duplicate charges from idempotency failures on agent keys will be reversed.
Disputes
Before opening a card-network dispute, please contact us — most billing questions resolve within one business day. We treat unilateral chargebacks as a serious matter and may suspend the account pending resolution.
How to request a refund
Email filipe@huntcompute.ai from the address associated with your account. Include the invoice ID and a short explanation. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
This policy is a working draft and may be revised before Hunt enters Stripe live mode. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
